As of 13 December 2022, UA Local 412 Plumbers & Pipefitters Training Center, DBA Southwest Piping Institute, which is a 501(c)(3) entity has gained National Accreditation through the Council on Occupational Education. See https://council.org/membership for our listing by selecting “Apprenticeship” in the Institution Type menu.
18 April 2023 Application Window Open
Apprenticeship Applications Window – Applications for apprenticeship consideration will be available on 18 April 2023 between Noon and 4 pm only. Applications can be picked up at the ABQ training center during these times only or an applicant can call during these times only and we will mail an application. The 4-hour window is established because we average between 120 to 180 applicants in that short amount of time.
